License and terms of use

All templates on SlidesGratis are free. This page explains what you can and cannot do with them. In short: use them as much as you like in your own presentations; do not redistribute the files.

You can

  • Use the templates for personal, school, university, nonprofit and commercial presentations.
  • Present them to clients, at conferences, in classes and online.
  • Edit them completely: text, colors, fonts, images and layout.
  • Print them, export them to PDF, images or video and share the resulting presentation.
  • Use them for as many projects as you want, with no time limit.

You cannot

  • Resell the templates or include them, modified or not, in a product whose main value is the template itself (template packs, marketplaces, design subscriptions).
  • Upload the .pptx files to another website, cloud folder or group so that others can download them. Share the link to the template page instead.
  • Claim that you designed the template.

Attribution

Not required. If you want to thank us, a link to SlidesGratis is always welcome.

Images and fonts

Illustrations come from Microsoft Fluent Emoji and icons from Phosphor Icons, both released under the MIT license, so you can keep, recolor or replace them. Fonts used are free fonts (Google Fonts or system fonts) or are replaced automatically by a similar font if you do not have them installed.

No warranty

Templates are provided as they are. We test them carefully, but we cannot guarantee they will look identical in every app and version.
