About SlidesGratis

SlidesGratis is a library of free presentation templates designed in house. We started it because most "free" template sites ask for an account, limit downloads or hide the useful slides behind a paywall. Here every template is a complete .pptx file you can download with one click.

How the templates are made

Each template is designed from scratch with its own style (not the same layout in a different color): its palette and fonts are stored in the file theme, charts are native PowerPoint charts you edit with your own data, and diagrams are built from shapes you can move and recolor. All of them use free Google Fonts and end with a resources slide that links to the fonts, shows the palette and explains how to customize the deck. Illustrations come from Microsoft Fluent Emoji and icons from Phosphor Icons, both MIT licensed.

What you will find

• Templates grouped by what you need to present: thesis defenses, business plans, lessons by subject, timelines, org charts, holidays and more.
• A practical guide on every category page explaining how to structure that kind of presentation.
• Filters by style (minimalist, aesthetic, formal…) and by color.

The license in one line

Free for personal, educational and commercial presentations, with no attribution required. You may not resell the files or share them as downloads on another site. The full text is on the license page.
